The contract below outlines RentPortal.ca terms of service (“the Agreement”). By downloading, installing and/or using RentPortal.ca products and services (“the Services”) you agree and acknowledge that you have read and accept this Agreement in its entirety, and agree to be bound by its terms. These terms of service apply to all users of the Services, including users who have purchased any Services.
RentPortal.ca reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace the terms of this Agreement at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change, RentPortal.ca will notify you by posting an announcement on the RentPortal.ca website. What constitutes a material change will be determined at RentPortal.ca sole discretion. You shall be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications. Using RentPortal.ca Services following notification of a material change to this Agreement shall constitute your acceptance of the Agreement as modified.
RentPortal.ca is providing this service on an “as is, as available” basis without representation or warranty of any kind. RentPortal.ca does not guarantee as to the continuous availability of the service or of any specific feature(s) of the service. Usage of this site is done completely at the risk of the user. The service provider and all agents of the service provider shall not be responsible for any occurrences resulting from the usage of this site. It is highly recommended that users maintain their own backups of data. Although some services are only available to paid subscribers, paid services do not provide any additional rights or warranties. Any additional services provided through a paid subscription may be removed without notice in the event the subscription does not remain active for any reason. RentPortal.ca may inform you of any significant changes to the service it may occasionally make; however, you are responsible to remain aware of the these Terms and Conditions and all changes.
